My philosophy - As your realtor, I will put your needs first before anything else during the home buying process.  Period

  • I will work with you to find the perfect home and not just so we can close the deal, but to find you the home that works for you, your family, and your budget​ and a place you love and can call it your home
  • I will work tirelessly to gain your trust.  Purchasing a home may be one of the most significant and biggest financial purchases you will make.  I personally oversee any inspections needed and understand and use my experience to spot problem areas the home might be facing.  I will not treat loosing a transaction a priority over the safety of you and your family
  • My commission is paid by the seller and not the buyer.  Using me as you realtor will not cost you anything but assurance that you are purchasing your home for the best possible price and terms
  • I understand the bay area real estate market very well and know what it takes to get your offer looked at and accepted.  You want somebody like myself that knows the best approaches to each situation, is aggressive, has great negotiation skills,  and that has a high percentage of offers being accepted
  • I will personally oversee the transaction from beginning to the end.  I don't hand things over to anybody else when our offer is accepted.  This is one thing that sets me apart from other agents that may have high volumes in that I spend 100 % of the necessary time to ensure the process goes smooth
  • Being respected by my peers, I don't see other real estate agents as competitors but see them as peers and having worked in the bay area for over 15 years, I have developed a reputation and trust that will help us get our offer accepted
